Leciphorce supports digestion in poultry

Leciphorce is a natural emulsifier that promotes digestion in general and fat digestion in particular. Leciphorce improves the utilisation of added fat as well as fat present in feed ingredients. Young animals in particular need support to achieve adequate fat digestion. 

Fat digestion starts with emulsification in the intestinal tract to give lipases optimal conditions to target the fat molecules. Leciphorce is a highly concentrated lyso-lecithin. An important function of lyso-lecithins is their ability to form micelles  which efficiently supports fat digestion in (young) animals. As lyso-lecithins are cell wall like structures, they can enhance total digestibility.
